Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Wholesale Printing NYC whenever you use this website or place an order with us. Please read them before you order — by placing an order you accept them.
1. Who we are
Wholesale Printing NYC is a printing business based in New York. Orders can be collected free of charge at 1772 Sedgwick Ave, Bronx, NY 10453, or shipped to you. You can reach us through the chat button on this site or at wholesaleprintingnyc@gmail.com.
2. Placing an order
You place an order through the website. When it goes through, the order is shown on screen and saved to your account with an order number beginning WPNYC — that is your confirmation.
We can decline or pause any order, for example if the artwork cannot be printed as supplied, if payment has not been arranged, or if the content is something we are not able to print. If we decline an order you have already paid for, you get a full refund.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your artwork, the quantity and product options you choose, your delivery address, and the pickup time you arrange with us.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars and are calculated by our system when the order is placed. If you change quantity, product options or artwork, the price changes with them. The price shown at checkout is what you owe for that order.
Pickup at our Bronx address is free. The cost of UPS delivery is already built into the price you see for shipped orders — we do not add a separate shipping charge after the fact.
4. Payment and when printing starts
Online card payments are not connected on this website yet. When you place an order it is recorded as "Awaiting payment" and no card is charged automatically. We arrange payment with you directly through chat or email.
Printing starts once your artwork is approved and payment is confirmed. An order can be cancelled and refunded in full right up to the moment printing begins — after that, the Refund Policy applies.
We never ask you to send a full card number in chat or email, and we do not store card numbers. If anyone claiming to be us asks you for one, do not send it — tell us through the chat button on this site.
5. Your artwork
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You are responsible for having the right to print it — see the Content & Copyright Policy.
PDF is the preferred file type. We also accept AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, JPG, TIFF and SVG up to 50 MB. Most products need 0.125" of bleed on every side, and where an exact template exists for a product we follow that template.
Every file is reviewed before printing and we will tell you if something needs fixing. A review is not a guarantee that the finished job will look exactly as you imagined — screen colours and printed colours are not the same. Once you approve artwork, we print it as approved.
Your files are stored privately and are never overwritten. If a correction is needed, the corrected file is saved as a new version and the original stays as it was.
6. Turnaround times
Turnaround times shown for a product are estimates, not guarantees. The clock starts when your artwork is approved and payment is confirmed — not when the order is placed.
Delays caused by artwork corrections, late payment, material availability, carrier delays, or events outside our control extend the delivery date. We will keep you informed if something slips.
7. Pickup and delivery
Free pickup is available at 1772 Sedgwick Ave, Bronx, NY 10453. Please contact us to arrange a time — we hold uncollected pickup orders for 14 days and then contact you before doing anything else.
Shipped orders go via UPS. Your job is considered delivered to us once we hand it to you for pickup, or to UPS for shipping. Wrong or incomplete addresses cause delays that are not our responsibility, and re-routing a job after it has left us may cost extra.
8. Cancellations and refunds
These are covered in full by our Refund Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
9. Your account
Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
10. What you must not do
You agree not to:
- use this site for anything unlawful;
- upload material you do not have the right to print;
- upload counterfeit, infringing, hateful, harassing or obscene content;
- interfere with the site, or try to reach areas or data you are not allowed to use.
We can refuse, stop or cancel work on an order that breaks these rules, and we will refund anything you paid that we have not yet printed.
11. Your personal information
The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who it is shared with and how to ask for a copy or a deletion. We do not sell your personal information and we do not collect card numbers.
12. Our responsibility
We take reasonable care with every job. If something we printed is faulty, we will reprint, repair or refund it as set out in the Refund Policy.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or business losses — lost profit, lost sales, lost data or wasted time. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit our responsibility for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after it was posted, and the "Last updated" date at the top tells you when it last changed.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by New York law, and disputes are handled in the courts of New York City unless the law requires somewhere else.
