Content & Copyright Policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026

This page is about the artwork and designs you upload: who owns them, what you are promising us when you send them, what we will not print, and how to tell us if something is being printed that should not be.

1. You keep your rights

You own everything you upload. Nothing in these pages transfers your design to us, and we do not claim any ownership of your artwork.

By uploading a file you give us permission to store it, check it, set it up, print it and deliver it — for your order only, and for as long as we need to produce and reprint that order for you. We do not use your artwork in advertising, portfolios or samples without asking you first.

2. What you confirm when you upload

By sending us artwork you confirm that:

  • you own it, or you have permission to have it printed;
  • printing it does not break anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights, or any law;
  • you are allowed to use any brand name, logo, character, photograph, font or design that appears in it;
  • the content is not hateful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or a fake ID, document or credential.

You are responsible for the content you ask us to print. If a third party complains about a job you ordered, that is between you and them — you agree to cover the cost of defending a claim that comes from artwork you supplied.

3. What we will not print

We can refuse, stop or cancel any job. We will not print counterfeit goods, unauthorised logos or branded merchandise you have no rights to, forged documents or identity cards, or content that is unlawful, hateful or harassing.

We are not a court and cannot judge complicated ownership disputes. When something looks clearly infringing or unlawful we will not print it, and we will refund anything you paid that we have not yet produced.

4. Reporting infringement

If you believe something we have been asked to print, or something published on this site, infringes your rights, email wholesaleprintingnyc@gmail.com and include:

  • a description of the work you own and where it appears;
  • what you believe is being infringed;
  • your contact details;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised, and that the information is accurate;
  • your name, as the rights owner or their authorised representative.

We look into every notice and act on it — which can mean refusing or stopping a job, or removing content from the site. We may tell the person who supplied the artwork what has been reported.

5. We do not police every upload

We review files for printability, not for ownership, and we have no way of checking every design against every rights holder. That is why we rely on the confirmations above and act on notices like the one described in the previous section.

6. Your files stay private

Uploads are stored privately and are not published, listed or visible to other customers. Only staff and production partners working on your job can see them. See the Privacy Policy for how long we keep them and how to ask for deletion.

7. Keep your own originals

We store your files so we can print and reprint your job, but we are not an archive or a backup service. Please keep your own source files — if your account is closed or files are deleted at your request, we cannot recover them for you.
