Privacy Policy

Account information. Your name and email address when you create an account, and your password in a protected form we cannot read.

Order information. The contact name you enter at checkout, your shipping address if you choose delivery, your pickup choice if you choose pickup, the products and quantities you order, and any notes you add.

Your artwork. The design files you upload, and any corrected versions, are stored so we can print and reprint your job.

Chat messages. If you use the chat button in the corner of the screen, we see the message and any name, email, phone number or company you choose to give us there.

Order tracking. The Track Order page asks for your order number and email address, and uses them only to show that order's status.

Sign-in information. Your browser stores a sign-in record so you stay signed in, and the chat widget sets its own small records.

We do not collect or store card numbers. Online card payments are not connected on this website yet, so orders are recorded as "Awaiting payment" and nothing is charged automatically. We will never ask you to send a full card number in chat or email — please never send one.

We do not ask for marketing consent through forms on this site. The chat widget is the way to start a conversation with us, and you can ask us at any time to stop contacting you.

To print and deliver your order, and to check your artwork before printing.

To contact you about your order — artwork corrections, payment, ready for pickup, delivery updates.

To show you your order history in your account and to answer your questions.

To keep records we are required to keep, such as sales records for tax purposes.

To keep the site safe and to fix problems with it.

GoHighLevel (leadconnectorhq.com) runs the chat widget on this site. Messages you send through it, and any contact details you give there, are stored by GoHighLevel on our behalf so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. Their own privacy practices apply to that copy.

UPS receives the name, address and phone number needed to deliver a shipped order.

Our production team and printing partners see the artwork and job details needed to produce your order.

Service providers that host this website and store its files on our behalf.

Authorities, if we are legally required to disclose something.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Artwork is uploaded to private storage that is not open to the public and is visible only to our staff and production partners working on your job. Files are not listed, searchable or downloadable by other customers. When a file has to be shared for production, the link we use expires on its own after a few minutes.

Your original upload is never overwritten. Corrections are saved as separate new versions.

Order and sales records are kept as long as we are required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes.

Artwork files are kept while your account is open so you can reorder, and for up to 12 months after your last order unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Chat conversations are kept by GoHighLevel according to the retention settings on our account; ask us and we can delete a conversation.

If you close your account we remove your personal details, except anything we are required by law to keep.

You can ask us at any time to:

• show you the personal information we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong — you can also edit details in your account;
• delete your personal information or your artwork files;
• stop contacting you, or stop sending you anything except order updates.

This site needs a small record stored in your browser to keep you signed in; without it, sign-in and checkout do not work. The chat widget also stores its own records so a conversation can continue between visits. You can clear these in your browser settings, and you can ask us to delete a chat conversation.

This site is for placing printing orders and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed, and the version published here applies from that point on.
